Petra Chedid is a specialist in tourism and culture development. She used her expertise to contribute in the implementation of “Darb El Karam”, the 1^st food trail in Lebanon and West Beqaa. Her engagement in local development aims at rising West Beqaa to a food tourism destination, through community empowerment and preservation of ancestral food production techniques.
