Alaa El Hachem is an experienced founder with a demonstrated history of working in the events services industry. Skilled in Event Planning, Digital Marketing, Management and Ecotourism, his aim is to promote Aqoura, his home village, as a top destination for outdoor activities, adventure and ecotourism. 

Born at Aaqoura in 1991, Graduated from NDU in Business management and attending different workshops related to ecotourism and events. Experienced Founder with a demonstrated history of working in the events services industry. Skilled in Event Planning, Digital Marketing, Management and Ecotourism.

-Founded Explorers in 2009, a leading ecotourism club based at Aaqoura and Lebanon Mountain Trail local guide.

-Co-owner and Manager of Rweiss River Restaurant since 2011, traditional lebanese cuisine and one of the main attractions in Aaqoura and the region.

-Founded “Hike to Cure” in 2012 in collaboration with Notre Dame University (NDU), a youth movement organizing professional hiking events for fundraising purposes and later on was changed from “Hike to Cure” to “Umanity” to wider its function.

– Event manager at Production 8 since 2014.

– Founder of The Highest Event in 2016, the biggest camping experience in the Middle East located in Aaqoura. And later on Co founding H-Management in 2017 with Young partners from Aaqoura.

-Reforestation inspector with Lebanon Reforestation Initiative LRI, planting 24000 native trees

since 2016 just in Aaqoura.
